System Requirements:
The following are the minimum system
requirements to run the online application:
- Netscape 4.5 or higher or Internet
Explorer 5.5 or higher
- JavaScript enabled
- cookies enabled
- SSL enabled
The following setting applies only
to Internet Explorer:
Follow these instructions
to determine if your system meets the requirements. These instructions are for Internet Explorer but other browsers should have
similar wording for these settings.
Close all programs except your internet browser which should be at least Netscape
4.5 or higher or Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
Go to the Tools menu and select
Internet Options - this will take you to the General tab.
To ensure your JavaScript is enabled,
go to the Security tab and select Custom Level
- Scroll down to almost the bottom
of the list and you will see a section title Scripting with 3 subsections
titled Active Scripting, Allow paste operations
via script, and Scripting of Java applets. Make sure that all 3 of these subcategories
have the radial button next to the word ‘Enable’ marked.
- Then select OK
To ensure your cookies are
enabled, go to the Privacy tab and select Advanced
- The majority of information
on this page should be grayed out. Ensure that in the grayed out section
both First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies are
marked ‘Accepted’.
- Then select OK
To ensure your SSL is
enabled and TLS 1.0 is disabled, go to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the
bottom of the list.
- Near the bottom of the list
under the "Security" heading (4th line up) there is a box
with the text Use TLS1.0 next to it. This box should NOT be checked.
The 2 boxes above it that
read Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 should be checked.
- Then select OK and OK again – this
will close the Internet Options box.

Close this browser and
ensure that no other internet browser is open.
Open a new browser and try the application link. When you paste the link into
the address bar either select ‘Go’ next to the address bar or use the ‘Enter’ key
on your keyboard.
