Note: To complete your application, send a check for $150 per team to the Minnesota Academy of Science, 8700 W. 36th St. #114W, Box 25, St. Louis Park, MN 55426. There is a $50 late registration fee per team for registrations not complete by December 15.

Team Registration and Approval Guidelines: After the registration deadline, if there is space available after one team from each school/organization has been accepted, a second team from the school/organization will be accepted based on the date the registration was completed, including payment. If there is space available after a second team from each school/organization has been accepted, a third team from the school/organization will be accepted based on the date the registration was completed, including payment.
