Coordinators at Nationals
Regional coordinators are encouraged to travel to the National event with their team, or to arrive two days earlier to assist with last-minute preparations. Some sites send more than one person while others rotate the responsibility. Coordinators serve an important role as part of the event staff – they work as competition officials, bus monitors, seminar presenters, car race officials, help stuff goody bags, help set up and register the teams, move equipment, hand out awards, etc.
